This year the Blood Stocks Management Scheme team are running an online event on inventory management aimed at qualified blood transfusion hospital laboratory staff.
Content includes inventory management tips, utilization of VANESA and data tools, setting appropriate stock levels and minimizing wastage, interactive component selection quizzes and scenario-based case studies, providing a valuable, fun-learning experience with a bespoke element.
The level of interest has already been extremely high - with all planned dates for this year fully booked, so we are running more courses (2022 and 2023). To be added to the waiting list please register your interest by emailing BSMS@nhsbt.nhs.uk with your contact details, job title, and the name of the hospital you represent.
