Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) – For patients with suspected TTP / Microangiopathic Haemolytic Anaemia (MAHA) please contact Haematology at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required. Red Cell Exchange – For patients with sickle cell disease please contact Haematology at the Manchester Royal Infirmary for advice (red cell team during working hours, general haematology on call out of hours).
Hyperviscosity – contact your tertiary provider for haemato-oncology for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required.
Leucodepletion - contact your tertiary provider for haemato-oncology for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required
Renal conditions / vasculitides– For patients who may require therapeutic apheresis please contact your tertiary renal care provider at Salford Royal for advice and access to treatment
Neurological conditions – For patients who may require therapeutic apheresis please contact your tertiary neurology service provider at Salford Royal for advice and access to treatment
Extracorporeal Photopheresis: Contact your tertiary provider for haemato-oncology for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required.
