Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) - For patients with suspected TTP / Microangiopathic Haemolytic Anaemia (MAHA) please contact Haematology at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required. Red Cell Exchange - For patients with sickle cell disease please contact Haematology at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital for advice and access to therapeutic apheresis if required.
