We're looking to develop and improve our Blood Stocks monthly component report

We're keen to understand how the report is used and interpreted, and are collaborating with the NIHR Blood Transfusion Research Unit (BTRU) to evaluate and improve the clarity and functionality of the report.

To capture this information we're asking hospitals we send reports to, to give us their feedback by completing a questionnaire, it is anonymous and should only take 5 minutes to complete.  

We will use the feedback to help us develop future reporting and improve the use of BSMS data by our participants.
