Routine deliveries and sample collection

The first routine daily delivery to hospitals will take place even if there is no blood component order to deliver. This will allow us to collect diagnostic samples and empty boxes.

If you need a sample collected on subsequent deliveries, where there are no components ordered, please contact your Hospital Services department so we can help ensure drivers know to stop and collect the sample from your hospital.
