Record response rate to the spring 2026 customer satisfaction survey

Thank you to the transfusion laboratory managers, and hospital staff, who completed our spring survey. The response to this survey was a record high at 72%.

We'll be sharing the results with in our hospital user group meetings as well as publishing the results on the customer satisfaction webpage.
