affected by a cyber attack on some London hospitals on 3 June

RCI Tooting have been requested to provide additional crossmatching support for some hospitals affected by the recent cyber attack on London hospitals. As a result, a proportion of Tooting's routine work will have to reprovisioned to other RCI labs. We are committed to ensuring that all requests to RCI are dealt with in a timely manner, however, there could be the need for prioritisation of testing which may impact on turnaround times. We anticipate this support will be required for approximately 3 months. During this period, RCI would appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
