Our next customer satisfaction survey
Our next customer satisfaction survey will be emailed on 9 September 2019 and will ask for scores and comments on a range of our services including blood supply, delivery and other services, and how easy we are to do business with.
We use the feedback to help us to focus on developing our services, turning the insights we get into actions that further improve performance and customer satisfaction. What you tell us allows us, to become your voice and deliver your messages throughout NHSBT.
