Please ensure staff are aware the preparation time for washed platelets is being extended to 8.5 hours

We have identified that platelets in InterSol additive solution require more time to process than the solution (SSP) we used previously.

Consequently, we need to extend the preparation time from 6 hours to 8.5 hours (the Component Portfolio will be updated).
