Online Blood Ordering System (OBOS): version 10.1.0 release on 22 June 2025

The changes include:

1.  A link for users to access RCI Assist.

2. Restricted access to the 'Max blood age' tick box in line with the Joint Statement from NHS Blood and Transplant, National Blood Transfusion Committee, United Kingdom Thalassaemia Society and Sickle Cell Society, issued in November 2023. This statement is published on the Clinical guidelines webpage, under the red cell transfusion and red cell immunohaematology section. 

The user guide, training presentation and practice orders have been updated and are available on the OBOS webpage.
