The opportunity to rate us on our blood supply, delivery and other services
We understand TLMs are extremely busy and it may be hard for them to find time to complete the survey so we're introducing an online version, to make it easier and quicker to complete, and because we're keen to reach our target of a 100 per cent response rate.
We conduct our customer satisfaction twice a year to find out what we’ve done well and where we need to get better: we value the feedback which helps my team represent customers' views and hospitals requirements within NHSBT.
