Emergency deliveries can be delivered by our drivers or couriers

We endeavour to provide the quickest service possible in the event of an emergency

Emergency orders are delivered to the agreed emergency delivery schedule (issued to each hospital) by one of our drivers or a courier, if a driver is not available.

Dependent upon component availability, your order will be prepared and ready for dispatch within 45 minutes from receipt on OBOS and after you have confirmed the order by telephoning Hospital Services, to ensure they have received it.
