Do not use sticky labels or write on our Phase Change Materials or transport boxes

Sticky labels on PCMs has been identified as a quality issue for us, so please do not use them. Neither should sticky labels be used on our transport boxes, and they also should not be written on. Trying to remove the label residue and ink is difficult and time consuming.

Please insert your own labels into the plastic sleeve of the container and do not peel off the back of the label.
