Our satisfaction survey tells us that we are doing well in providing hospital transfusion teams with the blood components, diagnostics services and support they need.
Please be reassured we are taking notice of your views to enhance services further, for example we are continuing a review of routine deliveries and are working with our couriers to deliver great service.
