Clinical issue of apheresis platelets in platelet additive solution (PAS) and plasma

We are pleased to announce we will start issuing this new component next year, alongside the current apheresis platelets in plasma. You may receive either component after 12 January. Please refer to our frequently asked questions (PDF 484KB) for more information.

Please ensure the relevant clinical areas in your hospital are aware of this new component and your LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is updated with the component barcodes. The barcodes are available on the component portfolio and prices webpage
