Service operation times

  • Urgent referrals - our service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Non-urgent referrals - our service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays

Making a referral

The steps you need to follow to make a referral depend on whether or not your Trust has a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
