Reducing our ad hoc delivery charge during the amber shortage period

To encourage and support a further reduction in hospitals' red cell stock holding, we're applying this refund to all ad hoc deliveries placed on or after 12 October for the duration of the amber alert.

We hope this initiative will help hospitals as they continue to work with us during this difficult time.
