Demand Printed Labels (DPL) for sending samples must be approved by laboratories

We welcome hospitals starting to use these labels when sending samples to our labs. All DPL must be pre-approved by the relevant NHSBT laboratory before using them, and a minimum of one month's notice for approval is needed. 

Please complete the application form and email a copy of the label to your Customer Service Manager.
