Address labels to use for samples

Printable address labels

We have produced printable address labels (Avery L7163 2x7, 99.1 x 38.1mm, or equivalent) for you to use when sending samples to the appropriate Stem Cells & Immunotherapies (SCI) laboratory. 

This is to reduce the risk of samples arriving at our laboratories:

• with incorrect or poorly labelled packages
• being incorrectly stored or forwarded to the wrong department

causing a delay with results and/or the provision of appropriate services.
