Customer Satisfaction Survey March 2022

The results of our latest survey reflects the views of hospital transfusion laboratory managers at 128 (50%) directly supplied hospitals in England.

Hospital Customer Service appreciate transfusion lab managers taking their valuable time to complete our bi-annual satisfaction surveys. Their feedback helps us to focus on improving our services, turning the insights we get into actions that improve performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What they tell us allows Customer Service to become their voice and deliver their messages throughout NHSBT. This is a vital part of the partnership we have with our customers.

Overall satisfaction 

Overall satisfaction with NHSBT remains high, and on target, with our customers scoring an average of 9/10. However, the short-term trend shows reducing satisfaction against a longer-term improving trend. 

For this survey we're highlighting areas for improvement and actions that are or will be taken to support higher levels of satisfaction from transfusion lab managers.
